Introduction
The Dazz with Jazz Battle of the Dance Lines is an annual dance competition the talents of marching band auxiliaries.
Purpose
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to seniors participating in the competition and will be attending an institution for higher learning upon graduation from High school.
Eligibility
Entrants must be a graduating seniors with a 2.5 GPA and be on a participating dance line for the 2024 Battle of the DanceLines Competition.
Requirements
- Must submit completed application for entry
- Must submit 2 letters of recommendation from a faculty member or counselor
- Submit essay in a PDF format
- Participate in a formal interview
- Prepare and perform a one minute original routine
- Applicant must provide music. (Pre-edited, no profanity).
