Each Director MUST electronically or manually sign the official BODL release form (located at the top of the Master Contestant List) in order for each participant to perform. This signed release form must be received in the BODL office with all the completed entry forms by the deadline.
Battle of The Dancelines is recognized for its excellent reputation as producer of one of the very best Talent Danceline Competition in America.
Please read carefully the competition rules and regulations failure to comply will result in disqualification. ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED USING OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION 30 DAYS PRIOR TO BODL COMPETITION DATE. ANY ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE CHARGED A $10 per entry LATE FEE. LATE FEE ASSESSMENT BEGINS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2018 AND APPLIED ACCORDINGLY.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID VIA OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION BY CREDIT CARD. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CERTIFIED FUNDS (CHECKS) OR MONEY ORDERS IF A CREDIT CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE.
To be considered a registered contestant we must have received PAYMENT IN FULL and MUSIC. If you have notPAID IN FULL and submitted MUSIC by Monday, October 15, 2018, you risk having your routines pulled from the competition.
Entries must be received in the BDOL office via Online Registration no later than Monday, March 11, 2019.
No phone, fax or email entries will be accepted. All entries must be from a school, studio, community, organizations, churches or faith based organizations. Entries will be accepted on a “First Reserved, First Come Basis”. All studio entries are limited to the amount of performance time available. Entries are not considered received in the office without full payment and a Master Contestant list. Names and birth dates must appear on the official Master Contestant List or the entry cannot be accepted.

Sell Tickets To Pay Entry Fee
Solo - $60.00 or dancer can sell 6 tickets.
Duo - $50.00 or dancers can sell a total of 5 tickets.
Trio - $50.00 or dancers can sell a total of 5 tickets.
Group Small - $50.00 Per Person or each dancer can sell 5 tickets.
Group Large - $50.00 Per Person or each dancer can sell 5 tickets.
Drum Lines - $40.00 Per Person or each drummer can sell 4 tickets
College Senior Level - $60.00 Per Person or each dancer can sell 6 tickets.
SENIOR and JUNIOR BATTLE ENTRY FEE
Senior Stage/Stands - $70.00 Per Person or each dancer can sell 7 tickets.
Junior Stage/Stands - $70.00 Per Person or each dancer can sell 7 tickets.
Please Note: Senior BODL Danceline Stands and Stage IS REQUIRED.
Tickets are $10.00 each.
Once you have successfully registered with the Dance Comp Genie you have the choice to select the option to sell tickets during the registration process. If you choose to sell tickets you will receive further instructions on how to sell tickets through tututix.com.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is to be understood that "You", have chosen to sell Battle of The Danclines Tickets in lieu of paying out of pocket for your Entry Fee(s) to participate. By accepting to sell tickets you clearly understand that "You" are financially responsible for ALL TICKETS. Any unsold tickets, participant (You) are responsible for, to cover the full cost of your TOTAL ENTRY FEE(S). Total Entry fees will be paid on or before the deadline date. Please see Entry Rules. The division placement of an entry is determined by the number of contestants.
Dance Styles are: The traditional/HBCU Style Senior and Junior Division, Majorette Senior and Junior Division and NEW! Step Teams Senior and Junior Division.
